A dedicated governance framework was established, with a steering committee and CSR ambassadors appointed across all teams. CSR has been integrated into the onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring early awareness and alignment with our commitments. Training sessions on sustainable finance were launched, along with dedicated resources addressing sustainability issues in the financial sector.

On the social front, Manaos formalised its Diversity & Inclusion policy and signed the Charte de la Diversité by "Les entreprises pour la cité." An internal contact point has been appointed for anti-discrimination matters, and a dedicated training program is currently under development.

Externally, Manaos reinforced its commitment to sustainable finance by becoming a signatory of both UKSIF and PRI. A responsible procurement policy was also formalised, including the signing of the Charte Relations Fournisseurs Responsables (RFAF) and the integration of ESG criteria into the selection of tools and vendors. Lastly, a company-wide carbon footprint assessment was launched to inform our decarbonisation efforts.

Looking ahead, the second half of the year will focus on obtaining CSR certification, launching our employee volunteering initiative, advancing our decarbonisation strategy, and communicating our responsible procurement approach to external stakeholders.
